In May 2025 I co-led a focus group on Approximation Theory during a workshop on Applications of Commutative Algebra with Nelly Villamizar. Here is a webpage for the group participants: Hyperplane arrangements and deletion-restriction methods for splines . Our project has resulted in one paper submitted for publication so far; a preprint may be found here: Trivariate Splines on Fans of Hyperplane Arrangements and Koszul Homology .

In summer 2019 I was the teaching assistant for an SMI course in Algebraic Geometry taught by Chris Peterson in Perugia, Italy (picture at right). Here is the homepage for the course: Algebraic Geometry in Perugia 2019 .
